Four Months No Gym Fitness Integration Challenge

Four months and no gym, so hiking, walking, bicycling, riding, and body weight exercises are the focus. Power walking is incredible for integrating the body, cardio, meditation, and proprioception. It is so easy to lose sight of something so simple!
