Selfseeds: the first blog seed

Hi Everyone,

This is so exciting that www.Selfseeds.com is ready to go!  Heather Marsh, the website designer and consultant, has been working hard to incorporate functionality, beauty, and inspiration into the site.  Please enjoy!!! The future of the site is to create a community where we can share practices, articles, thoughts, insights, professional wisdom, photos, videos, links, and whatever other forms that selfseeds, (5 minute–or more–practices) might come in.  We can learn, support, and encourage one another!!

On a personal note, I am preparing to head back to India for an undetermined amount of time to deepen into a spiritual practice that I have pursued for over 25 years.  I have included my Waltzing Horses blog from this part of the journey which is located in the about Susan Eoff section of the Selfseeds site.  While I was recently in South Africa and India, I thought a lot about how to continue touching into my Selfseeds while traveling.  I look forward to sharing this part of the practice too. The internet is remarkable, so communication is seamless no matter where you are in the world.

Off to the garden for planting and nurturing my Selfseeds!!
