Progress Check
It has been fun and inspirational to coach someone on how to integrate Selfseeds for personal wellness. Â The results have been exciting. Â She has added 3 workouts a week into her schedule, a day of meditation, 5 more personalized selfseeds, core integrative work into her workouts and sports activity, and stretching flexibility on a daily basis. Â Overall gains on the balancing/juggling act in today’s hectic work place.
The additional awesome result is that she sees  Selfseeds as an opportunity to be present and focused in short moments of awareness.  The five minutes locks in a consciousness refresher that has a regrouping/grounding affect which carries over into overall inner calmness.
