Working With Exercise DVDs on a Laptop

A picture of an image with the word " sprout ".

At home, I was using a DVD player to play all of the workout DVDs.  I didn’t notice any need to skip over challenging areas, but now that I am using the DVD player built into my laptop there are moments that everything freezes while I am in the middle of the workout.  If you know the workout, it isn’t a big deal so you can carry on and catch up to the unfrozen section, but if the information is new then it a distraction.  I have noticed that sometimes, ejecting and reloading the DVD will allow it to keep moving through a trouble zone.  The downside is it interrupts the flow of the workout, but the upside is that it allows you to keep progressing forward.  Just a few technologic observations to aid in traveling with the DVD programs! (I still believe there is a being living in my laptop that has a mind of its own, but most of the time it cooperates.)
