Day 9 IP

All cardio. Â I am not completely clear why all cardio is so different than the other days, because I am still sweating, breathing hard, and working. Â Many of the people on the videos are falling to the ground after the work out, so I am not working quite that hard and that wasn’t my goal. Â Does this come with being older and wiser? Nothing to prove. Â Happy to be alive and helping the body to maintain a healthy status. Â I have been careful with the degree of lowering to safeguard my knees. Â That awareness comes from dancing and using the body/torso to lower through the legs. Â Haven’t quite gotten the swing of that while moving so quickly and dynamically. Â The point isn’t to injure one’s self while working towards fitness.
