All cardio.  I am not completely clear why all cardio is so different than the other days, because I am still sweating, breathing hard, and working.  Many of the people on the videos are falling to the ground after the work out, so I am not working quite that hard and that wasn’t my goal.  Does this come with being older and wiser? Nothing to prove.  Happy to be alive and helping the body to maintain a healthy status.  I have been careful with the degree of lowering to safeguard my knees.  That awareness comes from dancing and using the body/torso to lower through the legs.  Haven’t quite gotten the swing of that while moving so quickly and dynamically.  The point isn’t to injure one’s self while working towards fitness.
