Jumping isn’t for everyone, but it does require core use and coordination.  Springing off the ground is using new muscle groups and it isn’t something I have done for how many years?  Over twenty? I can appreciate how it wakes the body up.  Surprisingly, I haven’t had too many sore muscles, but I am aware of differences.

I am still going to the gym and doing my regular work out in the evening.  The twice a day movement is agreeing well with me, but I know that it isn’t realistic for many people.
