Day 14,15, and 16 IP

Having fun finding the exercises that I “really suck at.” Â More and amazing things for the human body to learn. Â They have a killer ab workout that doesn’t involve crunches. Â I am discovering that I really cannot do pushups. Â There is something around the rotation of the shoulder socked that makes me nervous. Â I might have to get some help on this exercise. Â Maybe I am doing it incorrectly.
