What an unexpected bonus, the fitter you become, the harder you can safely push yourself in the workouts. Progress right?  I am enjoying sets from video which I often find tedious at the gym.  The nice part is that everyday is a different video and if the same video is repeated there is a week in between, so it feels fresh.  I can imagine that if someone hasn’t exercised much or hasn’t been on a physically disciplined schedule that the day to day change may be overwhelming at first.   Just the coordination and will power to move would be enough and not the diversity.  As a person who has lived in the fitness realm for two decades (ok, that caught me by surprise),  I like the diversity and I love making up new challenges at the gym.
