Insanity Program and Hip Hop Abs

Day 17, 18, and 19 which included one day off from IP. Â Thumbs up. Â It is definitely enhancing my work out at the gym too.
First Day of Hip Hop Abs–awesome!! Â Adding another Selfseed of rhythm. Â It is so important for the body to be challenged by new moves–physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Â I know these videos were made before “functional” training was in vogue, but they so hit the spot for waking up the body and asking it to move in an integrative/coordinated manner with rhythm. Â Yes, rhythm the so often overlooked aspect of human health. Â It makes one feel lighter and easier to move in the regular part of the day. Â It is hard to be motivated to move when the body feels heavy and lethargic.
