Being and Doing

When I saw this photo, I was struck how it epitomizes the too often duality in our lives:  being and doing.  How we struggle to find the balance.  The struggle is in our personal story. We are raised with the spirit of doing and often neglect the soul of doing–being.  As we become restless with the quality of our lives and start to search for new paths and answers–being is the only answer.  The infusion of being gives every moment of living a connection to its essence/source.
