  • Walk, stretch, wiggle, breathe, skip.

Part Two – Simple / Observe (The Seeds)

  • Nutrition – What food gave you energy today?
  • Fitness – Did you lift, walk, or simply get out of bed?
  • Stillness – Where was your quiet moment?
  • Emotions – What feeling passed through you?
  • Weight Distribution – How did you stand, shift, or carry yourself?
  • Flexibility – Where did you bend, stretch, or soften?
  • Balance – Did you wobble, return to center, or find steadiness?
  • Rhythm – What pattern or beat moved you?
  • Integration – Did you sense things coming together?
  • Partnering – Who did you connect with, human or animal?
  • Personalize 5 – Which seeds feel most alive for you?

Part Three – Active / Activate (The Spiral Path)


🌱 “Take the seeds with you into daily life.”

  • Pick one seed.
  • Try one tiny action — walk to the mailbox (Fitness), share a smile (Partnering), pause for a breath (Stillness).
  • Track your sparks: with the app, a journal, or a quiet moment of reflection.
  • Repeat tomorrow. Notice what grows.
