“Where you carry weight is where you carry story.”
This isn’t about posture or pounds.
It’s about how you meet the ground.
Where do you feel pressure—heels, toes, right, left?
Where does your body hold more… or float away?
This seed invites you to sense your center—
not to correct it, but to understand it.
“Weight isn’t a problem. It’s information.”
Try this:
You can also:
This seed works through sensation, not effort.
“What part of me is always holding more?”
Your body remembers patterns.
Awareness gently invites new ones.

1. Everyday Living
Weight reveals where you’re grounded—or gripping.
“Feel your feet. Soften your knees. Balance lives in ease.”
2. Children & Parents
🪵 Mabel the Mushroom
“I’m Mabel! I wobble but don’t fall. Let’s learn to feel stable and strong!”
Games:
Parent Tip: Wobbly = growing. Help them notice shifts without shame.
3. Athletics
Movement begins with balance.
“Anchor before action.”
Ask: Where do I lock? Where do I lift?
4. Grief & Change
Grief shifts posture. You might slump or float.
Let your body feel lopsided—it’s still listening.
“If I tilt, that’s okay—balance will come another day.”
5. Kin
Watch how your animal shifts weight.
Do they lean in? Withdraw?
Match their rhythm for mutual grounding.
“How I carry myself is how I meet the world.”
Stand. Breathe.
Say aloud:
“My weight is welcome here.”
Let the earth respond:
“I’ve got you.”
