Life Changing Video!! The Facts on Sugar

A picture of an image with the word " sprout ".

Relative to the average Indian walking down the street in Jaipur, I am not thin.  Relative to the average American working out in the gym in California, I am anorexic.  What a surprising experience upon returning to the US.  I exercised everyday, ate natural foods, meditated, and lived very simply.  Actually, I feel great and prefer to be lean, but I didn’t get there by unhealthful eating practices.   When I stepped onto the scale for the first time in 6 months, I wasn’t alarmed.  My body fat is low, but I have muscle and tone.

How did I get here?  Almost no prepackaged foods other than the occasional biscuits, no juices, no sodas, low oil (added oil this trip), low carbohydrates (mostly in the form of oatmeal and rice), low-low-low sugar, vegetables, fruit, and more fruit, nuts, sprouts, and some water buffalo milk.  I ate when I was hungry and I ate the amount that satisfied my hunger.  When I returned to the US this time, I had not cravings for anything, but I needed to go slow on the green foods so my intestine could adapt.  My fitness was at a good level too.  Exciting to have healthful success in two such different lifestyles/cultures.  The recipe is very simple:  study what you eat and notice what happens to the items that enter your alimentary track.

I was sent a remarkable video on the every growing state of obesity in the world.  TAKE THE TIME TO VIEW IT!!!!!  It will change your life.
